Obituary — Bernard Gadd

Bernard Gadd (1935-2007)

Writer Bernard Gadd, who died in December last year, was an Auckland teacher, anthologist and poet, whose work was widely published in literary journals. He also founded his own imprint, Hallard Press. Bernard was a tireless contributor to magazines and anthologies, wrote Jack Ross, and his various output gives off “an increasing lustre now that there won’t be any more of [it]”.
